We all know this time of great uncertainty is having a huge impact on our lives and we want to let you know we will be doing all we can to make our customers feel safe in their visit to Ozone.

Our senior Rink Management Team will be continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the Government and Public Health England and are committed to making the right decisions to ensure our customers feel as comfortable as possible at this current time.

Below outlines some procedures we will be looking to introduce as part of our daily Rink operations:


  • All bookings secured online
  • Cashless environment
  • All staff members to undertake lateral flow tests in accordance with any government guidance.
  • All visitors and staff to wear face masks or coverings in public areas
  • Perspex screens for staff at reception area
  • Hand sanitiser stations located throughout ozone for staff and public use
  • Directional signage will be in place to ensure a limited cross over of public movement
  • Enhanced staff cleaning regime of all surfaces
  • All staff to be fully trained in COVID-19 protocol
  • Polite enforcement of social distancing rules
  • Clear and precise public messaging and expectations displayed throughout the rink
  • Benches and any seating to be distributed with sufficient space
  • Practical use of all changing room facilities
  • Restriction of public footfall in line with guidance
  • Limitations of participants on the ice at any one time in line with official guidance
