It’s never too late to learn the details of the game!
The Adult training sessions give adult players the chance to fine tune or learn new skills that they can take into their Ozone 3-on-3 team or Rec team.
These sessions are available to players of all abilities and can be attended all year round.

The focus of the adult shooting course is to provide adult hockey players an all around exposure to the tools necessary to advance their shooting and scoring skills
